I am a lawyer admitted to the Colegio Público de Abogados de Buenos Aires, and I am both an Argentine and Italian citizen.

My connection with Italy began at birth. My grandmother, born in San Marzano Oliveto, Piedmont, passed on to me, day after day, her roots, her culture, and her deep sense of belonging to Italy.

I practiced law in Buenos Aires for many years until, more than twenty years ago, I decided to move to Italy and settle in Milan. Since then, my professional career has been closely connected with the Italian business community, the international representation of Italian companies, and the development of business in foreign markets — working with companies, professionals and individuals across virtually every continent.

I have also worked with Italian law firms in Milan, where I deepened my practical knowledge of Italian law while maintaining ongoing relationships with prestigious law firms both in Italy and abroad.

I speak six languages: Spanish, Italian, English, French, German and Portuguese. Beyond their professional value, they allow me to communicate directly with each person, better understand their story, and fully appreciate their individual needs.

From Personal Experience to Italian Citizenship Law

My involvement in citizenship law developed gradually and, in many ways, naturally. It began by helping people I knew who, aware that I was a lawyer living in Italy, turned to me when they encountered difficulties in obtaining recognition of their Italian citizenship.

In this way, I discovered an increasingly complex world of administrative procedures, bureaucratic interpretations and judicial proceedings that, over time, seemed progressively to become obstacles to the recognition of an original right to citizenship. This experience led me first to study the subject in depth and, subsequently, to specialize in it.

On March 28, 2025, the unexpected approval of the so-called Tajani Decree marked a historic turning point in the recognition of Italian citizenship iure sanguinis. Since then, pursuing recognition through the courts requires a very different approach from the past: every personal and family history is different, and every document, filing date, appointment request, email or letter addressed to a consulate may acquire legal significance.

There are no automatic solutions, nor can the same approach be applied to every case. Each case requires a rigorous individual analysis, and only then can the appropriate legal strategy be determined.

This is my golden rule when assisting you: every case deserves to be treated as unique. Because it is.
